Bereavement Counseling

The loss of a loved one is a time to grieve. This is both expected and healthy. It is when such grief becomes excessive so that feelings of depression begin to interfere with one's daily existence that this experience overwhelms and surges out of control. As is often the case, the one who is grieving must often attend to the care of others. But one cannot care for others if he has not first sought to care for himself.
